I attended a friends 40th birthday party this weekend and of course parents brought along the kids. The host was so thoughtful and staged a craft table for the kids. The idea was just impeccable. I truly enjoyed the festivities and even more I had the opportunity to enjoy it without being concerned about keeping my daughter entertained. The kids were occupied throughout all the toasting and best wishes. Even the adults joined in to make crafty original gestures of love for the birthday guy. Once the cake was cut and the dancing began, I knew we made it through. There was no fighting just total harmony and happy kids! This idea is a keeper.
