I love eating wholesome food with just a few ingredients. Be watchful of organic or “all natural” tag lines. A quick way to tell if a product is authentic is read the ingredients. The main product should be listed first. For example, if it is 100% wheat bread, whole wheat should be the first ingredient listed.
I found a delicious guacamole called Wholly Guacamole and it is amazing. With just a few ingredients it even clarifies what’s in each ingredient; no hiding behind terms like “organic” or “spices”.
Avocados are a good source of fat for babies. My daughter has enjoyed them even up until now. I add it as a side to her eggs or even in rice with butter and even pasta.
